Do all phones read NFC?

The vast majority of recent smartphones (iPhone 7 and later, NFC-equipped Android) read the chip with no app. Just hold the accessory near the top of the device. A minority of very old models or phones without an NFC chip will not respond.

How do I care for the ring?

The ceramic does not scratch in daily use and keeps its finish with no patina. A soft cloth is enough to care for it. Avoid violent impacts on hard surfaces: like any ceramic, it resists scratches but is more fragile than metal against an impact. Also avoid harsh products.

How do I choose the ring size?

You choose your size (finger circumference in millimetres) when ordering. If in doubt, add a note: we check the size with you before confirming the order.

What is the lifespan of the chip?

The NFC chip is passive: it is powered by the smartphone field and contains no battery. Its lifespan is that of the memory, i.e. several decades in normal use. It never discharges and never turns off.

What warranty covers the pieces?

Every piece is guaranteed for two years against any manufacturing defect. The chip and its programming are covered. Normal wear is not a defect.

What is the delivery time?

We confirm every order within one business day. After payment, the parcel ships within a few days and arrives in 3 to 5 business days in mainland France (pickup point or letterbox). Delivery €4.90, free from €60; free hand delivery in Montpellier.
